I have over four years of Tier 2 IT support experience across macOS, Windows, and iOS, including time as a Senior Technical Support Advisor at Apple. I've spent that time troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, supporting system rollouts, and building out internal documentation. I also led a department-wide knowledge base project aimed at improving consistency and resolution time.

I'm currently working toward a B.S. in Computer Science at CSU Monterey Bay and making the move into software engineering. Right now I'm focused on building solid fundamentals in problem-solving, system design, and collaborative development, and keeping track of my progress through this ILP portfolio.
